To buy in akelarremodels.com it is essential to correctly complete the corresponding form, including contact information, shipping and billing data. The user should provide a shipping address where goods may be delivered at usual schedules. To avoid incidents in the delivery (incorrect address, inability to find anyone a home, etc), it is advisable to complete the telephone contact box.

ORDER CANCELATION
You can cancel items or orders that have not been shipped by sending an e-mail to infoakelarremodels@gmail.com.
We will cancel the order whenever is possible.

Akelarremodels.com will try to minimize the order delivery time. Every order will be processed the next 24h after receiving it. Requested products will be shipped throughout the next 48 or 72h from processing the order, unless the product requires more processing time (it will be indicated in the description box of the product).
Orders will be shipped through the Spanish postal service Correos. Akelarre Models is not responsible for any delay caused by postal Services.

INFORMATION ABOUT EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day you, or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods you paid for.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Akelarre Models of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. This statement can be sent by email to the following address: infoakelarremodels@gmail.com.
In order to comply with whe withdrawal deadline, the communication concerning your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal must be sent before the relevant deadline expires.
Consecuences of the withdawal: If you decide to withdraw, we will refund all payments received for the products that are the subject matter of the withdrawal without any unjust delay and in any event, within 14 calendar days of the date on which you infomed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the above mentioned refund using the same method of payment used by you in the initial transaction: in any event, you will not incur any extra costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until all the goods have been received, until the necessary verifications have been carried out to ensure the equipment or components work correctly once they have been returned to our facilities. You shall assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
You must return or deliver the goods to us: Calle de los Manzanos 36, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain, directly without unjust delays and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the aforementioned period has elapsed.
Return deliveries or changes of numbered and limited editions will not be accepted.
